20th Century Salad Bowl

On 2/6/1937 Shawn James was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol which caused him to crash into a tree and put citizens’ lives in harms way.  Mr.James is scheduled to appear in district court on 2/13/1937.

 

On 2/9/1937 Malik Jones was arrested for stealing a bottle of whiskey from a club and was chased down by a bartender. He then started to fight causing a big scene. He is scheduled to go to the district court on 2/12/1937.

 

On 2/15/1937, John Bowen broke into a cow pen and was trampled by several cows. He was caught and arrested, and was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. Jones later said, “I was trying to get some free milk”. The owner of the farm didn't press any charges.
